4% Taxes

guess the question is, why would I NOT move The Idea Farm to Puerto Rico?  With a 4% corporate tax rate, it seems like a no brainer.  If you really want to save on taxes, you could also move there as an individual and save with zero dividends, interest, and capital gains.  I know a handful that have relocated their companies and a few more considering the personal jump.
