Chart Friday

Don’t forget today is the last day to download all my ebooks for free on Amazon…don’t miss out!

Today we’re including just a few charts.

The first chart from our friends at Leuthold demonstrates a common theme we’ve been discussing the past few years.  Namely, that Fed policy, and investor behavior, result in dollar flows that change factors.  Wheras the late 1990s there was a bubble in tech and large market cap stocks, today you have distortions in yield and low volatility…buyer beware.

The second chart is just “fun”, a history of nominal share prices back to 1500.  The author is Kieron Nutbrown, former head of global macro fixed income at First State Investments in London.
